White kidney bean extract in Swanson Phase 2 Carb Controller helps you achieve your weight management goals and still enjoy bread, pasta and other carb-rich comfort foods. Of course, you still have to exercise and all that fun stuff, but taking a couple capsules before a meal will help neutralize the alpha amylase before it can convert starch into glucose.
While your body needs some forms of carbohydrates to function properly, excess carbs will be stored as glycogen (sugar) and fat. Clinically studied and scientifically backed, Phase2 carb controller is an alpha-amylase inhibitor that has been supported by research to reduce the digestion and absorption of some dietary starches. Along with exercise and a healthy diet, it’s a helping hand on your weight management journey. Non-stimulant and gluten free.
